In Herning, Denmark — a region known for its forward-thinking approach to renewable energy — one customer wanted to take full control of their power supply and move closer to energy independence. The goal was to ensure stable, self-sufficient operation, even during grid outages and peak demand periods.
To meet these needs, our partner installed a powerful off-grid-capable energy storage system consisting of 3 Victron inverters and 9 BASENGREEN 15kWh lithium batteries. Together, they form a highly resilient and scalable energy hub that can handle both residential and light commercial loads with ease.
The system is designed with intelligent load prioritization, seamless grid interaction, and real-time monitoring — ensuring optimal use of solar energy while maintaining battery health and system efficiency. Whether it’s during long Nordic winters or bright summer days, the setup delivers reliable, clean power around the clock.
With this upgrade, the customer has dramatically reduced their dependence on the grid and taken a major step toward a sustainable future.
